Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
- We always accept products for return or replacement without hesitation when the goods are faulty or do not perform as advertised.
- We will accept refunds on items on a case by case basis where the customer has "changed their mind". The items returned would need to be in an unused condition in it's original packaging and presented in such a way that they able to be resold.
- Because of quality control, hygiene and food safety some items can't be returned when the customer has changed their mind. Masks, Hats, Wigs, some costumes, food items and some balloons fall into this category.
- Time Limit: Items returned for credit will need to back in our store within 30 days of the purchase.
- Proof of purchase needs to be provided with with the returned merchandise.
